    The fact that it’s actually impossible to tell what any single component is speaks for itself.

    The pointless microgreens and plate sprinkled paprika from the 90s just seals the deal.

    If someone put this plate in front of you without telling you what it was, what would you think?

    Nevermind all that, but your title doesn’t even help people figure what this is. What’s red shellfish? Is it lobster? Crab? Shrimp? Crawfish?
