The dish looks great. For carbonara you usualy use store bought or semolina pasta. But if you made it yourself, can’t beat that. Congrats.

Honestly… It looks amazing. I’m not Italian myself, but I tend to act up, when I see “crimes” agains Italian dishes :DD
