Lamb carpaccio with tonnato

    (Half-) raw lamb meat? How does it taste?
    And what is “tonnato” supposed to mean?
    I know only “salsa tonnata” which is a sort of mayonnaise with added thuna (= tonno -> tonnata) and “vitello tonnato” which is veal, boiled, let cool down, sliced very thin and covered wit “salsa tonnata”.

    Ngl lamb carpaccio sounds repulsive. Some meats are good like this. Beef and venison – very good. Lamb? X to doubt

    Shouldn’t carpaccio be sliced thinner? These look more like thin steaks
