Tastewise, this dish was incredible

Visually,not so much😅

Anyway hope you can get something out of it ^^

    recipe? I disagree on your self deprecating statement on visual appeal, i think it looks quite amazing actually. I dont see the swordfish though? Id love to see it in a black bowl for the contrast.

    I feel like there needs to be more of a height difference between the star of the show and the rest of the plate? Maybe that is stupid but I think the elements you think don’t look good are centered on the fact that it scans as a blob of pink in the middle of orange. It would do wonders if you could have a clearer differentiation so it doesn’t look like a mystery pink thing floating to the top of a soup.
