Pecan and Coconut Streusel, Fresh Orange Slices, Whipped Cream, Dash of Cinnamon, Rosemary from the Garden (which I know isn’t very edible but its fragrant and adds a comforting aroma that is definitely a part of the dish)

That is a gorgeous plate. I’m usually not a fan of inedible elements, but the rosemary just works here. The presentation is simple but stunning.
I think it looks great. What is the crust ?
I’m sick and really haven’t had much of an appetite lately but this made me sit up and go “mmmmmmh”
