I think it’s begging for a sauce or puree underneath, looks like a bunch of ingredients without much to bring them together. This salad works alone at a larger scale but when it’s broken down into this size it needs more.
That jammy soft boiled egg wedge is quite luscious, I must say.
solid protein work, egg is fire. But a salad is to be mixed and all the flavours come together. I also hope it’s a starter, but as the other guy said, give it a nice sauce on the bottom. Think of how it will eat, nor just look.
FWIW I’ve never refined a salad, somethings just don’t need it.
No tomatoes and red onions and one sad excuse of olive? It’s breaking my little heart.
